张梦如,中共党员,预聘副教授。2025年博士毕业于复旦大学集成电路与微纳电子创新学院电子信息专业。长期致力于高性能二维电子器件及其在高性能存储与安全芯片等领域的应用研究。研究成果以第一/共同第一作者在国际顶级期刊Nature Electronics、Applied Physics Letters(Editor’s Pick 论文)、Nano Research发表期刊论文3 篇,以合作作者在Nature Materials、Nature Communications等期刊发表论文11篇,已授权国家发明专利1项。
